Zoysia Australis Turf is a next-generation grass variety bred specifically for Australian conditions — combining lush, blue-green colour with exceptional toughness and low-maintenance performance.
With a fine-to-medium leaf texture and dense growth habit, it delivers a soft, premium feel underfoot while standing up to kids, pets and everyday wear.
Its deep root system helps it stay greener for longer in dry conditions and recover quickly from damage, while its slow growth rate means less mowing, less fertiliser and more weekends free.
Ideal for homes and landscapes that need both beauty and practicality, Zoysia Australis thrives in full sun or partial shade (as little as 3–4 hours a day).
It’s also resilient against weeds, pests and disease, making it a smart choice for the Sunshine Coast’s climate.
Whether you’re creating a family-friendly backyard or a polished commercial lawn, Zoysia Australis delivers a strong, sustainable lawn with year-round appeal and minimal upkeep.
